Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning Authorization of Entrustment of Operations of Employees' Pension Funds and the Employees' Pension Fund Association
第十二条（厚生年金基金及び厚生年金基金連合会の業務の委託の認可に関する経過措置）
A Fund that, at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, has received authorization under Article 130, paragraph (4) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4 or has applied for it, or an Association that has received authorization under Article 159, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4 or has applied for it, is deemed to have made the notification under Article 176, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4.
