第二条（被用者年金制度間の費用負担の調整に関する特別措置法の廃止）
The Act on Special Measures for Adjusting the Cost Burden among Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 87 of 1989) is repealed.
被用者年金制度間の費用負担の調整に関する特別措置法（平成元年法律第八十七号）は、廃止する。
With regard to the adjustment grants and adjustment contributions under the provisions of the Act on Special Measures for Adjusting the Cost Burden among Employees' Pension Systems prior to its repeal under the provisions of the preceding paragraph (referred to as the "former Inter-System Adjustment Act" in the following paragraph and Article 82 of the Supplementary Provisions) for fiscal years 1996 and earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
The provisions of the former Inter-System Adjustment Act remain in force with regard to the amount required for benefits in the form of pensions that have old age or retirement as the grounds for payment, for the months of February 1997 and March 1997, paid by the government as the administrator of employees' pension insurance, the mutual aid Associations organized by law, and the surviving Associations prescribed in Article 32, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions. In this case, Cabinet Order provides for the necessary technical replacement of terms.
旧制度間調整法の規定は、厚生年金保険の管掌者たる政府並びに法律によって組織された共済組合及び附則第三十二条第二項に規定する存続組合が支給する平成九年二月分及び同年三月分の老齢又は退職を支給事由とする年金たる給付に要する額については、なおその効力を有する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
