第六条（第四条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With regard to an amount added pursuant to the provisions of Article 50-3 of the Mariners Insurance Act to a pension for surviving family under the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the Mariners Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 5 of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985), for which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 87, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, for months on or before July 1995, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成七年七月以前の月分の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号）附則第八十七条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた同法第五条の規定による改正前の船員保険法第五十条第一項第二号及び第三号の規定による遺族年金に同法第五十条ノ三の規定により加給する額については、なお従前の例による。
