Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第九条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the enforcement of this Act (or, for an amending provision prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the enforcement of that amending provision) and to acts committed after the enforcement of the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions in the case where the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
