第七十七条（厚生年金保険法による特例遺族年金の支給要件の特例）
Necessary transitional measures concerning payment of a special pension for surviving family under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in the case where a person born on or before April 1, 1926 who falls under Article 28-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) or (b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act, or any other person specified by Cabinet Order, dies on or after the Effective Date are specified by Cabinet Order.
大正十五年四月一日以前に生まれた者であつて旧厚生年金保険法附則第二十八条の三第一項第一号イ又はロのいずれかに該当する者その他の者であつて政令で定めるものが、施行日以後に死亡した場合における厚生年金保険法による特例遺族年金の支給に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
