Supplementary Provisions, Article 75Transitional Measures for Withdrawal Allowances under Employees' Pension Insurance
第七十五条（厚生年金保険の脱退手当金の経過措置）
With regard to a person born on or before April 1, 1941, the provisions of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act concerning the requirements for payment, amount and cessation of the right to receive benefits of a withdrawal allowance under that Act remain in force for that person. In this case, an employees' old-age pension is deemed to be an old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act and an employees' disability pension is deemed to be a disability pension under that Act, and, in addition, necessary technical replacement of terms for the application of those provisions is specified by Cabinet Order.
昭和十六年四月一日以前に生まれた者については、旧厚生年金保険法中同法による脱退手当金の支給要件、額及び失権に関する規定は、その者について、なおその効力を有する。この場合において、老齢厚生年金は旧厚生年金保険法による老齢年金又は通算老齢年金と、障害厚生年金は同法による障害年金と、それぞれみなすものとするほか、これらの規定の適用に関し必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
