第四十五条（第六条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of an aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-3 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 182 as amended by the provisions of Article 6, for the period from June 1, 1980 through September 30 of that year, the phrase "Grade 20" in Article 8, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 182 as amended by the provisions of Article 6 is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 25".
第六条の規定による改正後の法律第百八十二号附則第八条の規定による厚生年金保険法第四十六条の三の通算老齢年金の支給については、昭和五十五年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間は、第六条の規定による改正後の法律第百八十二号附則第八条第三項中「第二十級」とあるのは、「第二十五級」とする。
