Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1 through 4, the provisions of Article 7 (limited to the provisions amending Article 3 and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 92 of 1973; hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 92"), the provisions deleting Article 6-2 of those Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending Article 8, Article 10 and Article 22 of those Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions deleting Article 22-2 of those Supplementary Provisions), and the provisions of the following Article through Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, Articles 24 through 27 of the Supplementary Provisions, and Articles 34 through 36 of the Supplementary Provisions: August 1, 1976;
第一条から第四条までの規定、第七条の規定（厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号。以下「法律第九十二号」という。）附則第三条及び附則第五条の改正規定、附則第六条の二を削る改正規定、附則第八条、附則第十条及び附則第二十二条の改正規定並びに附則第二十二条の二を削る改正規定に限る。）並びに次条から附則第五条まで、附則第二十四条から附則第二十七条まで及び附則第三十四条から附則第三十六条までの規定 昭和五十一年八月一日
