Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on November 1, 1971; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 37 and 136 and Article 164, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions amending Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2 (limited to the part adding "(for a pension for surviving family payable on account of falling under Article 50, item (iii), (d), the spouse, children, parents, grandchildren, grandparents and siblings of an insured or of a person who was an insured)" after "grandparents" in that paragraph) and the provisions amending Article 23, paragraph (2) and Article 27-2, paragraph (3) of that Act, the provisions of Article 4, and the provisions amending Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Mariners Insurance Act (Act No. 105 of 1965) in Article 5 come into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions amending Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 2 come into effect on October 1 of the same year.
この法律は、昭和四十六年十一月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中厚生年金保険法第三十七条、第百三十六条及び第百六十四条第一項の改正規定、第二条中船員保険法第二十三条第一項の改正規定（同項中「祖父母」の下に「（第五十条第三号ニ該当シタルニ因リ支給スベキ遺族年金ニ付テハ被保険者又ハ被保険者タリシ者ノ配偶者、子、父母、孫、祖父母及兄弟姉妹トス）」を加える部分に限る。）並びに同法同条第二項及び第二十七条ノ二第三項の改正規定、第四条の規定並びに第五条中船員保険法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十年法律第百五号）附則第十九条第一項の改正規定は公布の日から、第二条中船員保険法第四条第一項の改正規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
