Supplementary Provisions, Article 13
第十三条
With regard to a person who did not have the right to receive an old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension before November 1, 1969 and who, on that day, comes to have the right to receive an old-age pension under Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act or an aggregated old-age pension under Article 46-3 of that Act by the application of the provisions of Article 28-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as amended by this Act, the old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension prescribed in those provisions is paid to that person.
昭和四十四年十一月一日前に老齢年金又は通算老齢年金の受給権を有していない者であつて、同日において、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法附則第二十八条の二の規定を適用することにより、同法第四十二条第一項の老齢年金又は同法第四十六条の三の通算老齢年金の受給権を有することとなるものについては、その者に、これらの規定に規定する老齢年金又は通算老齢年金を支給する。
