第四条の二（被保険者の資格の特例）
An employee prescribed in Article 72, paragraph (2) of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act to whom the provisions on long-term benefits under that Act do not apply pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph is not to be a category II EPI insured.
国家公務員共済組合法第七十二条第二項の規定により同法による長期給付に関する規定の適用を受けない同項に規定する職員は、第二号厚生年金被保険者としない。
An employee prescribed in Article 74, paragraph (2) of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act to whom the provisions on long-term benefits under that Act do not apply pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph is not to be a category III EPI insured.
