第十五条の三
In the case where payment of the whole or part of an employees' old-age pension is suspended pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-4 (including as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 11-5 and Article 13-6, paragraph (3)), Article 7-5, Articles 11 through 11-4, Article 11-6, and Article 13-6, paragraphs (1), (2), (4) and (5) (including as applied mutatis mutandis in paragraph (8) of that Article) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (2) do not apply.
