第十条の二
The provisions of Article 46, paragraph (1) and Article 46, paragraph (5) as it was prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the 2013 Amendment Act, which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 86, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2013 Amendment Act, do not apply to an employees' old-age pension under the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions.
第四十六条第一項及び平成二十五年改正法附則第八十六条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の第四十六条第五項の規定は、附則第八条の規定による老齢厚生年金については、適用しない。
