A public notice under the provisions of this Section is effected by publication in Official Gazette.
この節の規定による公告は、官報に掲載してする。
The public notice referred to in the preceding paragraph becomes effective on the day immediately following the day of publication.
前項の公告は、掲載があった日の翌日に、その効力を生ずる。
