The following directors execute the operations of a company with board of directors:
次に掲げる取締役は、取締役会設置会社の業務を執行する。
a director other than a representative director, who is appointed by a resolution of the board of directors meeting as the director who is to execute the operations of a company with board of directors.
The directors set forth in each item of the preceding paragraph must report the status of the execution of the director's duties to the board of directors at least once every three months.
前項各号に掲げる取締役は、三箇月に一回以上、自己の職務の執行の状況を取締役会に報告しなければならない。
