Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article, the shareholders meeting may be held without the procedures of calling if the consent of all shareholders is obtained;provided, however, that this does not apply if the matters set forth in Article 298, paragraph (1), item (iii) or item (iv) are decided.
