第三条（嫡出の推定に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 772 of the Civil Code as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Civil Code") apply to a child born on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the presumption of child in wedlock for a child born before the Effective Date.
