第三条（共同相続における権利の承継の対抗要件に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 899-2 of the Civil Code as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "New Civil Code" below) also apply where, with regard to succession that commenced before the Effective Date, succession to a claim has occurred by division of the estate and notice of that succession is given on or after the Effective Date.
