第四条（縁組に関する経過措置）
With regard to the annulment of an adoption made before the Effective Date (limited to one on the ground that the person who is to be the adoptive parent has not attained the age of majority), notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 4, 792, and 804 of the New Act and the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
