第二十二条（債権の譲渡に関する経過措置）
With regard to the assignment of a claim in the case where the juridical act that is the cause of the assignment of the claim was performed before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 466 through 469 of the New Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に債権の譲渡の原因である法律行為がされた場合におけるその債権の譲渡については、新法第四百六十六条から第四百六十九条までの規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
