第二条（意思能力に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3-2 of the Civil Code after amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") do not apply to a manifestation of intention made before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
この法律による改正後の民法（以下「新法」という。）第三条の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にされた意思表示については、適用しない。
