第十一条（旧根抵当権の消滅請求に関する経過措置）
With respect to a former revolving mortgage for which the provision on the maximum amount does not conform to the provisions of the New Act, the provisions of Article 398-22 of the New Act apply with the limit of the amount of its priority deemed to be the maximum amount.
極度額についての定めが新法の規定に適合していない旧根抵当権については、その優先権の限度額を極度額とみなして、新法第三百九十八条の二十二の規定を適用する。
