第三条
In these Supplementary Provisions, the "New Act" means the Civil Code as amended by this Act, the "Former Act" means the Civil Code as it previously stood, and the "Emergency Measures Act" means Act No. 74 of 1947.
この附則で、新法とは、この法律による改正後の民法をいい、旧法とは、従前の民法をいい、応急措置法とは、昭和二十二年法律第七十四号をいう。
