第十八条
If, before the New Act came into effect, a mother resigned from the management of the child's property under the provisions of the Former Act, and guardianship has not yet commenced for that child at the time the New Act comes into effect, that resignation ceases to be effective after the New Act comes into effect.
新法施行前に母が旧法の規定によつて子の財産の管理を辞した場合において、新法施行の際その子のためにまだ後見が開始していないときは、その辞任は、新法施行後は、その効力を有しない。
