①If, as of the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), there is a child prescribed in Article 33-2, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act of a person entitled to receive a disability basic pension under the provisions of the National Pension Act who is currently maintaining the livelihood of that child (limited to a child whom the person entitled to receive the pension came to have on or after the day following the day on which that person acquired the right, excluding a child who is deemed, pursuant to the provisions of Article 33-2, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 1, to have had their livelihood maintained by that person at the time the person entitled to receive the pension acquired the right, and for whom an addition is made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article), then, for the purposes of the application of the provisions of Article 33-2, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1, the phrase "the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to have that child falls" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the month in which the day on which the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 27 of 2010) comes into effect falls".
