第四条（年金額の改定措置の特例）

厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十八年法律第九十二号。以下この条において「法律第九十二号」という。）附則第二十二条第一項に規定する厚生年金保険法（昭和二十九年法律第百十五号）による年金たる保険給付、船員保険法（昭和十四年法律第七十三号）による年金たる保険給付及び国民年金法による年金たる給付については、政府は、昭和五十九年度の同項に規定する物価指数が昭和五十六年度の同項に規定する物価指数に百分の百二を乗じて得た数（小数点以下一位未満を切り捨てるものとする。）の百分の百を超え百分の百五以下となるに至つた場合においては、百分の百三・四を基準として、昭和六十年四月（国民年金法による年金たる給付にあつては、同年五月）以降の当該年金たる保険給付又は年金たる給付の額を改定する措置を講じなければならない。
