Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Collection of the Liability Reserve Equivalent upon Dissolution of Surviving Employees' Pension Funds
第八条（存続厚生年金基金の解散に伴う責任準備金相当額の徴収）
When a surviving employees' pension Fund is dissolved, the government is to collect from that surviving employees' pension Fund the liability reserve equivalent (meaning the amount equivalent to the liability reserve calculated as specified by Cabinet Order; the same applies hereinafter) for the persons toward whom that surviving employees' pension Fund bears obligations concerning the payment of benefits in the form of a pension on the day of its dissolution.
政府は、存続厚生年金基金が解散したときは、その解散した日において当該存続厚生年金基金が年金たる給付の支給に関する義務を負っている者に係る責任準備金相当額（政令で定めるところにより算出した責任準備金に相当する額をいう。以下同じ。）を当該存続厚生年金基金から徴収する。
