With regard to the disposition on an application for authorization under Article 111, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that was filed before the Effective Date and for which the disposition of whether to grant authorization had not been made at the time of enforcement of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
