Supplementary Provisions, Article 52Delegation to Cabinet Order

第五十二条（政令への委任）

In addition to what is provided for in Article 42 of the Supplementary Provisions through the preceding Article, necessary matters concerning measures by the surviving Pension Fund Association relating to Fund early leavers, members, etc. of a dissolved Fund, defined-benefit corporate pension early leavers, members, etc. of a terminated plan prescribed in Article 89, paragraph (6) of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act, and former corporate-type pension plan participants are specified by Cabinet Order.

附則第四十二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、存続連合会による基金中途脱退者、解散基金加入員等、確定給付企業年金中途脱退者、改正後確定給付企業年金法第八十九条第六項に規定する終了制度加入者等及び企業型年金加入者であった者に係る措置に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。

surviving Pension Fund Association
存続連合会（そんぞくれんごうかい）
The surviving Pension Fund Association, as Article 3, item (xiii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2013 defines it: the Pension Fund Association (企業年金連合会) set up under this Act as it stood before that Act that continues to exist under Article 37 of those supplementary provisions.

fund early leaver
基金中途脱退者（ききんちゅうとだったいしゃ）
In Article 40 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2013 and the provisions after it, a person who has stopped being a member of an employees' pension fund (厚生年金基金) with a membership period, counted as a Cabinet Order (政令) provides, shorter than the period a Cabinet Order sets — other than one who, on the day they stopped, was entitled to an old-age pension benefit (老齢年金給付) from that fund.
厚生年金基金の加入員の資格を喪失した者（当該加入員の資格を喪失した日において当該厚生年金基金が支給する老齢年金給付の受給権を有する者を除く。）であって、政令で定めるところにより計算したその者の当該厚生年金基金の加入員であった期間が政令で定める期間に満たないもの

defined-benefit corporate pension early leaver
確定給付企業年金中途脱退者（かくていきゅうふきぎょうねんきんちゅうとだったいしゃ）
In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2013, an early leaver (中途脱退者) as defined in Article 81-2, paragraph (1) of the Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act as amended by Act No. 63 of 2013, to whom, or to whose survivors, the surviving Pension Fund Association (存続連合会) pays its old-age or survivors' benefits under Article 46, paragraph (3) of those supplementary provisions after an amount equal to their lump-sum withdrawal payment is moved to it.

former corporate-type pension plan participant
企業型年金加入者であった者（きぎょうがたねんきんかにゅうしゃであったもの）
In Article 49-2 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 63 of 2013 and the provisions after it, a person who was a participant in a corporate-type pension plan (企業型年金) and still has individual assets in it, other than a person who only directs their investment (企業型年金運用指図者), as Article 54-5, paragraph (1) of the Defined Contribution Pension Act provides — whose assets, once transferred to the surviving Pension Fund Association (存続連合会), fund the old-age or survivors' benefits it pays to that person or their survivors.
