第五十条（裁定）
The right to receive the surviving Pension Fund Association old-age benefit, the surviving Pension Fund Association disability benefit and the surviving Pension Fund Association survivor benefit is decided by the surviving Pension Fund Association on the basis of a claim made by the person who holds that right.
存続連合会老齢給付金、存続連合会障害給付金及び存続連合会遺族給付金を受ける権利は、その権利を有する者の請求に基づいて、存続連合会が裁定する。
On the basis of the decision under the preceding paragraph, the surviving Pension Fund Association pays the surviving Pension Fund Association old-age benefit, the surviving Pension Fund Association disability benefit or the surviving Pension Fund Association survivor benefit to the person who made the claim.
