Supplementary Provisions, Article 37Continuation of the Pension Fund Association Established under the Provisions of the Pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第三十七条（改正前厚生年金保険法の規定により設立された企業年金連合会の存続）
The Pension Fund Association established under the provisions of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that exists at the time this Act comes into effect is to continue to exist, on or after the Effective Date, as the Pension Fund Association established under the provisions of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act, in order to carry out the business set forth in the items of Article 40, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions.
改正前厚生年金保険法の規定により設立された企業年金連合会であってこの法律の施行の際現に存するものは、附則第四十条第一項各号に掲げる業務を行うため、施行日以後も、改正前厚生年金保険法の規定により設立された企業年金連合会としてなお存続するものとする。
