The government is to give consideration so that, by the day on which ten years have passed from the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), surviving employees' pension Funds dissolve or transition to other corporate pension systems, etc., and the surviving Pension Fund Association dissolves, and is to promptly take the necessary legislative measures.
