The provisions of Articles 7-2, 8-2, 27-2, 28-2, 29-2, 52-2, 53-2 and 54-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to the pension benefits under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) (excluding additional pension), the pension benefits prescribed in Article 32, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985; hereinafter referred to in this Article and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions as the "1985 Amendment Act"), the pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954), the pension insurance benefits prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (1) and Article 87, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, the benefits that are pensions prescribed in Article 16, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act for Abolishing the Mutual Aid Association Act for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations, etc. in order to Integrate the Employees' Pension Insurance System and the Mutual Aid Association System for Employees of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (hereinafter referred to in this Article and the following Article as the "2001 Integration Act"), the special disability agricultural, forestry and fishery pension prescribed in Article 45, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act, and the special agricultural, forestry and fishery pension for surviving family prescribed in Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "pension benefits under the National Pension Act, etc.") that are paid for months on or after October 2013, and, with regard to the pension benefits under the National Pension Act, etc. paid for months before that month, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
