Supplementary Provisions, Article 75Transitional Measures Concerning Orders to Suspend Business and Other Dispositions Issued by the Minister of Health and Welfare or by a Prefectural Governor or Other Organ of a Local Government
第七十五条（厚生大臣又は都道府県知事その他の地方公共団体の機関がした事業の停止命令その他の処分に関する経過措置）
An order to suspend business or other disposition issued by the Minister of Health and Welfare or by a prefectural governor or other organ of a local government pursuant to the provisions of Article 46, paragraph (4) or Article 59, paragraph (1) or (3) of the Child Welfare Act, Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Act on Amma-Massage Practitioners, Acupuncturists, and Moxa-cauterists, etc. (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 12-2, paragraph (2) of that Act), Article 22 of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 5, paragraph (2) or Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Medical Care Act, Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs (4) and (5) of that Act), Article 100, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, Article 39, paragraph (1) of the Water Supply Act, Article 106, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act, Article 69, paragraph (1) or Article 72 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Judo Therapists Act, each prior to amendment by this Act, is deemed to be an order to suspend business or other disposition issued by the Minister of Health and Welfare or by a local government pursuant to the provisions of Article 46, paragraph (4) or Article 59, paragraph (1) or (3) of the Child Welfare Act, Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Act on Amma-Massage Practitioners, Acupuncturists, and Moxa-cauterists, etc. (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 12-2, paragraph (2) of that Act), Article 22 or 23 of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 5, paragraph (2) or Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Medical Care Act, Article 17, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22, paragraphs (4) and (5) of that Act), Article 100, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, Article 39, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Water Supply Act, Article 106, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act, Article 69, paragraph (1) or (2) or Article 72, paragraph (2) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Judo Therapists Act, each as amended by this Act, respectively.
この法律による改正前の児童福祉法第四十六条第四項若しくは第五十九条第一項若しくは第三項、あん摩マツサージ指圧師、はり師、きゆう師等に関する法律第八条第一項（同法第十二条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）、食品衛生法第二十二条、医療法第五条第二項若しくは第二十五条第一項、毒物及び劇物取締法第十七条第一項（同法第二十二条第四項及び第五項で準用する場合を含む。）、厚生年金保険法第百条第一項、水道法第三十九条第一項、国民年金法第百六条第一項、薬事法第六十九条第一項若しくは第七十二条又は柔道整復師法第十八条第一項の規定により厚生大臣又は都道府県知事その他の地方公共団体の機関がした事業の停止命令その他の処分は、それぞれ、この法律による改正後の児童福祉法第四十六条第四項若しくは第五十九条第一項若しくは第三項、あん摩マツサージ指圧師、はり師、きゆう師等に関する法律第八条第一項（同法第十二条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）、食品衛生法第二十二条若しくは第二十三条、医療法第五条第二項若しくは第二十五条第一項、毒物及び劇物取締法第十七条第一項若しくは第二項（同法第二十二条第四項及び第五項で準用する場合を含む。）、厚生年金保険法第百条第一項、水道法第三十九条第一項若しくは第二項、国民年金法第百六条第一項、薬事法第六十九条第一項若しくは第二項若しくは第七十二条第二項又は柔道整復師法第十八条第一項の規定により厚生大臣又は地方公共団体がした事業の停止命令その他の処分とみなす。
