第十五条（老齢厚生年金の支給開始年齢の特例）
In the case where a person under 60 years of age (limited to a person born on or before April 1, 1946) who has a period as an insured mine worker prescribed in Article 7-3, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (hereinafter simply referred to as an "insured mine worker") or a period as a mariner insured prescribed in that item (hereinafter simply referred to as a "mariner insured") comes to fall under all of the following items, an employees' old-age pension under Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act is paid to that person, deeming that person to fall under that Article.
the person is 55 years of age or older;
五十五歳以上であること。
the total of the period as an insured mine worker and the period as a mariner insured is 15 years or more;
the person falls under Article 42, item (ii) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
厚生年金保険法第四十二条第二号に該当すること。
With regard to the calculation of the period as an insured mine worker or the period as a mariner insured prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 9-4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act apply mutatis mutandis.
前項に規定する坑内員たる被保険者であった期間又は船員たる被保険者であった期間の計算については、厚生年金保険法附則第九条の四第二項の規定を準用する。
The provisions of paragraph (1) apply mutatis mutandis to a person under 60 years of age (limited to a person born between April 2, 1946 and April 1, 1954) who has a period as an insured mine worker or a period as a mariner insured. In this case, the phrase "55 years of age" in paragraph (1), item (i) is deemed to be replaced with the terms set forth in the lower column of the following table, for the persons set forth in the upper column of that table respectively.

第一項の規定は、坑内員たる被保険者であった期間又は船員たる被保険者であった期間を有する六十歳未満の者（昭和二十一年四月二日から昭和二十九年四月一日までの間に生まれた者に限る。）について準用する。この場合において、第一項第一号中「五十五歳」とあるのは、次の表の上欄に掲げる者について、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとする。
