第八十七条の二
In the case of calculating the amount of an old-age pension, aggregated old-age pension or special old-age pension under the former Mariners Insurance Act that is paid to a person prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article who has a period as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance on or after April 1, 2003 (limited to a period as an insured covered by employees' pension insurance that is deemed, pursuant to the provisions of other laws and regulations, to be a period as an insured under Mariners Insurance under the former Mariners Insurance Act (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "period as an insured mariner under Employees' Pension Insurance")), the amount provided for in Article 35, item (ii) of the former Mariners Insurance Act, which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article (including where it is followed under Article 39-3 of the former Mariners Insurance Act), is, notwithstanding those provisions, the total of the amounts set forth in the following items.
前条第一項に規定する者であつて、平成十五年四月一日以後の厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間（他の法令の規定により旧船員保険法による船員保険の被保険者であつた期間とみなされた厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間（以下この条において「船員たる厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間」という。）に限る。）を有するものに支給する旧船員保険法による老齢年金、通算老齢年金又は特例老齢年金の額を計算する場合においては、前条第三項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた旧船員保険法第三十五条第二号（旧船員保険法第三十九条の三においてその例による場合を含む。）に定める額は、これらの規定にかかわらず、次の各号に掲げる額を合算して得た額とする。
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount equivalent to 19/1,500 of the average standardized monthly amount of remuneration (meaning the average standardized monthly amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 35, item (ii) of the former Mariners Insurance Act) by the number of months in the period as an insured under Mariners Insurance under the former Mariners Insurance Act and the period as an insured mariner under Employees' Pension Insurance before April 1, 2003;
平均標準報酬月額（旧船員保険法第三十五条第二号に規定する平均標準報酬月額をいう。）の千五百分の十九に相当する額に平成十五年四月一日前の旧船員保険法による船員保険の被保険者であつた期間及び船員たる厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間の月数を乗じて得た額
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount equivalent to 19/1,950 of the average standardized amount of remuneration by the number of months in the period as an insured mariner under Employees' Pension Insurance on or after April 1, 2003.
平均標準報酬額の千九百五十分の十九に相当する額に平成十五年四月一日以後の船員たる厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間の月数を乗じて得た額
