Necessary transitional measures for the application of the provisions of Articles 47 through 47-3 and Article 55 of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act to a disability resulting from an injury or illness for which the day on which the person contracted the illness or suffered the injury falls before the Effective Date, or to a disability resulting from an injury or illness for which the day of initial examination falls before the Effective Date, are specified by Cabinet Order.
