第六十六条（障害厚生年金の支給要件の特例）
An employees' disability pension under Article 47-2, paragraph (1) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act is not paid, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 47-2, paragraph (1) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act, to a person who has at any time had the right to receive a disability pension under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act (including one that the government as the executor of employees' pension insurance is to pay pursuant to the provisions of Article 87, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions) or a disability pension under the former National Pension Act for a disability resulting from the same injury or illness.
新厚生年金保険法第四十七条の二第一項の規定による障害厚生年金は、同一の傷病による障害について旧厚生年金保険法による障害年金（附則第八十七条第二項の規定により厚生年金保険の実施者たる政府が支給するものとされたものを含む。）又は旧国民年金法による障害年金の受給権を有していたことがある者については、新厚生年金保険法第四十七条の二第一項の規定にかかわらず、支給しない。
