第八条
With regard to an old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension paid to an insured who, on June 1, 1980, is actually a beneficiary of an old-age pension or aggregated old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and is 70 years of age or older, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (6) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 46-4, paragraph (3) of that Act), the period of having been an insured before the month in which the person reached the age of 70 is to be the basis for calculating the basic amount of pension, and the amount of the pension is revised from June of that year.
昭和五十五年六月一日において現に厚生年金保険法による老齢年金又は通算老齢年金の受給権者である被保険者であつて、七十歳以上であるものに支給する老齢年金又は通算老齢年金については、第一条の規定による改正後の同法第四十三条第六項（同法第四十六条の四第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定にかかわらず、七十歳に達した月前における被保険者であつた期間を基本年金額の計算の基礎とするものとし、同年六月から、年金の額を改定する。
