With regard to the payment of a special old-age pension under Article 28-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, for the period from June 1, 1980 through September 30 of that year, the phrase "Grade 20" in item (iv) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 25".
