第四条
With regard to the pension insurance benefits paid to a person who, on November 1, 1971, actually has the right to receive pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, except as provided for in the following Article and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the amount is the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of Articles 34, 50 and 60 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act.
