第五条（不正利得の徴収に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 40-2 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act apply to the collection of an amount equivalent to the amount received of insurance benefits paid, on or after the date of promulgation of this Act, by deception or other wrongful means.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第四十条の二の規定は、この法律の公布の日以後の偽りその他不正の手段による支給に係る保険給付の受給額に相当する金額の徴収について適用する。
