第三条（減額老齢年金制度）
The reduced old-age pension system for the case where a person who has satisfied the insured period necessary to receive an old-age pension ceases to be an insured before reaching the age of eligibility to receive an old-age pension is to be implemented, after being promptly reviewed, in accordance with what a separate Act provides.
老齢年金を受けるに必要な被保険者期間を満たしている者が、老齢年金の受給資格年齢に達する前に被保険者でなくなつた場合における減額老齢年金制度については、すみやかに検討が加えられたうえ、別に法律の定めるところにより、実施されるべきものとする。
