第六条
The aggregated old-age pension is not paid to a person who received payment of a withdrawal allowance during the period from April 1, 1961 until the day preceding the Effective Date, on the basis of the insured period that formed the basis for calculating the amount of the withdrawal allowance.
昭和三十六年四月一日から施行日の前日までの間に脱退手当金の支給を受けた者には、その脱退手当金の額の計算の基礎となつた被保険者期間に基づいては、通算老齢年金は、支給しない。
