第六条
The insurance premium rate prescribed in Article 81, paragraph (5) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act is to be revised on the basis of the result of the recalculation to be carried out by April 30, 1964 pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (4) of that Article.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第八十一条第五項に定める保険料率は、同条第四項の規定により昭和三十九年四月三十日までに行われるべき再計算の結果に基き、改定されるべきものとする。
