第三十条（二以上の種別の被保険者であつた期間を有する者に係る脱退一時金の支給要件等）
With regard to a lump-sum withdrawal payment for a person who has spent time as an insured in two or more categories, the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article are applied by adding together the insured periods relating to the periods during which the person was an insured under the two or more insured categories and treating the payment as relating to a person who has only an insured period relating to time in one category; provided, however, that the amount of that lump-sum withdrawal payment is the amount calculated for each insured period relating to each category of EPI insured period by following the example of the provisions of paragraphs (3) and (4) of that Article. In such a case, the replacement of terms necessary for the application of the provisions of that Article and other necessary particulars are specified by Cabinet Order.
二以上の種別の被保険者であつた期間を有する者に係る脱退一時金については、その者の二以上の被保険者の種別に係る被保険者であつた期間に係る被保険者期間を合算し、一の期間に係る被保険者期間のみを有する者に係るものとみなして前条第一項の規定を適用する。ただし、当該脱退一時金の額は、各号の厚生年金被保険者期間に係る被保険者期間ごとに、同条第三項及び第四項の規定の例により計算した額とする。この場合において、同条の規定の適用に関し必要な読替えその他必要な事項は、政令で定める。
