第三条（被保険者の資格に関する経過措置）
In the case where a person who, as of May 1, 1954, is actually an insured under the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") continues to become an insured under this Act, confirmation by the prefectural governor under the provisions of Article 18, paragraph (1) is not required for the acquisition of that continuing status.
昭和二十九年五月一日において現に従前の厚生年金保険法（以下「旧法」という。）による被保険者である者が、引き続きこの法律による被保険者となつたときは、その引き続く資格の取得については、第十八条第一項の規定による都道府県知事の確認を要しない。
