第二十三条の三
If either of the ratios of the amount of employees' pension account reserves or of the amount of implementing organization reserves prescribed in Article 84-6, paragraph (4), item (i) for the fiscal year preceding the relevant fiscal year relating to the government and the implementing organizations, to the respective amounts of expenses for EPI benefits and their equivalent for the relevant fiscal year relating to the government and the implementing organizations, is actually less than 1, or if, when preparing the current budget status and projections report, either of those ratios is expected to fall below 1 before the next current budget status and projections report is prepared, the government is to examine how the amount of contributions under the provisions of that Article is to be calculated, and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、政府等に係る当該年度の厚生年金保険給付費等のそれぞれの額に対する当該政府等に係る当該年度の前年度における第八十四条の六第四項第一号に規定する厚生年金勘定の積立金額若しくは実施機関の積立金額のそれぞれの比率のいずれかが現に一を下回つている場合又は財政の現況及び見通しの作成に当たり次の財政の現況及び見通しが作成されるまでの間に当該比率のいずれかが一を下回ることが見込まれる場合には、同条の規定による拠出金の額の算定の在り方について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて、必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
