Supplementary Provisions, Article 17-8Special Provisions on Persons Subject to a Class I Revision
第十七条の八（第一号改定者の特例）
For the purpose of applying Article 78-2, paragraph (1), for the time being, the phrase "or a former insured" in Article 78-2, paragraph (1) is deemed to be replaced with "or a former insured, or a person who has a period deemed to be a period as an insured pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions or another law or regulation".
第七十八条の二第一項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「又は被保険者であつた者」とあるのは、「若しくは被保険者であつた者又は附則第四条若しくは他の法令の規定により被保険者であつた期間とみなされた期間を有する者」とする。
