第三条
With regard to the issuance of a document pertaining to a Mediation Agreement concluded before the date on which the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (referred to as the "partial effective date" in the following paragraph), the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 34-2, paragraph (1) of the new Act.
附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行の日（次項において「一部施行日」という。）前に締結された媒介契約に係る書面の交付については、新法第三十四条の二第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the issuance of a document pertaining to an agreement for selling or exchanging a Building Lot or building, in the case where that agreement was concluded or formed before the partial effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (1) of the new Act.
一部施行日前に宅地又は建物の売買又は交換の契約が締結され又は成立した場合におけるその契約に係る書面の交付については、新法第三十七条第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
